Build your own poke bowl in Mauritius

Create your perfect bowl at Glow: pick a Regular (Rs 250) or Large (Rs 300) bowl, then choose your base, protein, four mix-ins, two dressings and three toppings. Order in a few taps and send it straight to us on WhatsApp for pickup or delivery.

Bases: sushi rice, quinoa, salad, nachos.
Proteins: salmon (+Rs 50), spicy salmon (+Rs 50), teriyaki chicken, grilled chicken, tofu (vegetarian), tuna.
Mix-ins: avocado, mango, edamame, corn, cucumber, carrots, onions, jalapeños, seaweed, boiled egg.
Dressings: chili Thai, magic onion, samouraï, algérienne, salad dressing, honey mustard, spicy mayo, soya sauce.
Toppings: pickled ginger, crispy onions, crushed nuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds.
